Inwood or Doon residents

I am looking for anyone with info about people in Lyon County named Wahlquist or Corneliussen (or any variation on those spellings). My grandfather was Nels August Wahlquist, b. 1862, who came from Sweden in 1882. He was in Doon no later than 1900 and in 1902 married Ella Barbara Corneliussen, who was b. in Texas in 1882. They settled in Inwood, where their three children, Milton, Gladys, and Laurain were born and raised. I can't figure out why Nels and Ella were in Lyon County, but figure there must have been relatives nearby.

I have a lot of genealogy for Ella which I can share but Nels is a mystery, and I need a lucky break in finding his family.
