In going through some of my mother's documents, we found a certificate of membership in the Brotherhood of American Yeomen for her father, Joel Bunyan Bailey; saying $1000 would be payable on delivery of this certificate to his wife Mary D. Bailey; the document was signed July 8, 1919; of course both are deceased; only one living daughter who is now 97. Does anyone know anything about this certificate? I thank you.
