Searching for Dr. Winkler/Sibley, IA

I am researching my family tree and have been informed that one of my gr-gr-grand uncles; Frank Winkler was a doctor in Sibley, Ia. he was married to a woman named Mayne. Frank was born approx. 6/24/1882 in Ida Grove, Ia according to the information that I have.
His parents were: William Maxwell Winkler (b 5/13/1850) from Saxony, Germany and Caroline Rutloff (b 2-7-1852) from (?), Germany
Any information that you may provide concerning him or the his family I would greatly appreciate.
