Columbus Gazette: Frances Bosworth, the ten year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. S. Bosworth, of Shellsburg, died at 2 o'clock Monday afternoon after an illness of a short time with tonsilitis. Her mother was formerly Miss Pearl DeFord of this city and the remains were brought to this city Wednesday evening at 9 o'clock and taken to the home of the child's grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Wm. DeFord. Funeral services will be held from their home on Thursday and interment will be made in the Columbus City cemetery.
