Mary Dougher

Mary Jane Dougher, 75, of Montrose, died at 1:40 p.m. Saturday, June 15, 2002, at West Point Care Center in West Point.

Born Nov. 23, 1926, in Cedar Falls, she was the daughter of Lucy Sellen. On July 4, 1972, she married Jim Dougher in Des Moines.

Mrs. Dougher was a certified nurse's assistant and also worked as a housekeeper.

She was a member of Madison Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Mary Lucille of Wapello and Donna Brightwell of Des Mones; one son, Lloyd of Des Moines; and one brother, Gene Sellen of Des Moines.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

The family will meet with friends from 6 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at King-Lynk Funeral Home in Fort Madison.

There will be no service. Burial will be in Altoona Cemetery in Altoona.
