Where is Des Moines Township in lee co

KENDALL, HASKINS, LAMASTER

I have the cencus for Charles Kendall in 1880 that says he was in Des Moines, Lee Co. also in 1910 I have Patrick H Lamaster that also say he was in Des Moines Township, Lee Co. Iowa. Could some one please tell me where that is/was, and what town would it have been near.
