Indian Attacks

Looking for information about an Indian attack in 1840 or 1841 that left Edward Wright dead on the prairie.

Mr. Wright was attacked and killed shortly after marrying Catherine Riggs (dau. of Stephen and Elizabeth Riggs) and before the birth of his first child, Martha Jane Wright.
