Hi Arnt-Erik -
According to resources I've checked, it looks like the Scandinavian Cemetery is located in section 31 of Montrose Township, which is very near the border of Des Moines Township.
Comparing the interactive map and GPS coordinates (Latitude: 40.47370, Longitude: -91.48678)
for the Scandinavian Cemetery [ http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=crMap&CRid=96294 ] from the Find A Grave website with the 1897 Plat Book of Lee County [ http://digital.lib.uiowa.edu/cdm/ref/collection/atlases/id/3109 ] and the 1930 Plat Book of Lee County [ http://digital.lib.uiowa.edu/cdm/ref/collection/hixson/id/996 ], I see in Section 31 of both plat maps a + symbol next to the word "Cem."I've added these 3 maps to the folder of screenshots in my Dropbox folder at https://www.dropbox.com/sh/e71f5fiaha1ybef/AACh0jM9rYD03oy2oXQwcJBTa?dl=0
And the Cemetery List at [ http://www.iagenweb.org/lee/cems/cem_ndx.htm ] confirms that the Scandinavian "aka Anderson" Cemetery is in Section 31 of Montrose Township.
And in case it's of interest ...
