The street for the residence of 2115 Webster has been renamed and is now 2115 Ave J in Fort Madison. It was built in 1916 by Louis Hoenig and is still owned by the Hoenig family. It was originally a two family house which has been converted to a one family.

I checked the city directories for Fort Madison for you. The Hoenig family continually lived there but had different renters living in the rental unit. In 1922 and 1923, the renters living there were Theodore R. Smith (Susannah); living at 2115 -1/2 Webster. Theodore was an engineer at Am. Fr. H. which stood for the American Fork and Hoe Company.

There were advertisements in the newspaper to rent the rooms at the house out. They were described as upstairs with a private entrance.
