Pitman Family Cemetery

Charles Geers, the owner of the farm that surrounds the cemetery, died in a farm accident in August, 2011. He was buried in the Pitman Family Cemetery.

This was the first burial in this cemetery in over 100 years. As the only person known to have any interest in the cemetery, I was contacted to see if I had a plot of the layout. I do not.

I just wish that the West Point Township Board will start to show an interest in maintaining the cemetery.
