William & Cynthia Blue family

William & Cynthia Blue, along with their children: Jessee B., George W., James and Minnesota (all born Ohio)were in the 1870 US census in Keokuk County, Iowa. George ended up in Pawnee County, Oklahoma in the 1900 census and there was a Jessee in the US census of 1880 in Fulton County, Illinois withous parents and with a valid birth date in Ohio.

It seems that the parents: William & Cynthia plus son James & daughter Minnesota disappeared around Keokuk county after the 1870 census.
