I think it's more paranoia than anything... people protecting privacy but... at the same time, they are supposed to be public access which means everyone should have access to those records "unedited". Between years I noticed more and more people who may still be living covered over in the books. Like I said, shouldn't make any difference so wonder who one could complain to?
