Dean G. Cooper OBIT look-up

I am trying to find one of the long lost Cooper cousins in our family tree. The older cousins lost track of him and his two brothers right at the time of WWII. I have been told that there is a Dean G. Cooper who was in WWII, who died 1997 and is buried in Monticello, Iowa, Oakwood Cemetery. Can anyone help me with an obituary look up? Or help me find when he was buried in 1997 at Oakwood Cemetery? That would be best to first learn a burial date...to help nail down the date of the obituary. Any help or suggestions is very much appreciated!
