Looking for information on John BRANDON, an early pioneer of Iowa City, Johnson Co., IA. A daughter, Louisa Emily Brandon, was born in Iowa City, IA on 16 Nov. 1841. Also searching for the name of her mother.

John BRANDON was born in Carlisle, PA circa 1813, was an early settler of Iowa City and then removed to the Dayton, OH area where he later died. Other children were James O. Brandon, Emmeline Brandon, John D. Brandon and Oscar Brandon.
