In 2003 "out of the blue" as corresp.secy for the
Jefferson County Genealogical Society I received a
typed thesis written by John Geraghty Title page
said "This thesis submitted in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree of Master of Arts in the Department of Education, in the Graduate College of the State University of Iowa"

Date August l941

No picture of John, but there were 2 snapshots
Libertyville school.

1. Early 2 room school in Libertyville

2. 1941 pix of Libertyville School
And two snashots of Packwood school buses.

2. l941 pix of Packwood Consolidated

school bus.

This typed thesis was sent by a person who bought
a boxlot at an auction in the Minneapolis MN area

What more can you share about your relative. The
name meant nothing to me whatsoever. Write me back
