Doris, I am a genealogy researcher in Jefferson County. I have looked for Charles Housel and Sara Carroll's marriage with no luck. Are you sure they were married in Jefferson County? If so, how do you know? I am asking these questions because it may help me to help you. I did see them on the 1860 census in Jackson County. Do you have that information? Jan
