Among the books on the shelves at the Fairfield
Public Library is one containing the MM of the
Pl Plain Quakers by HINSHAW. Yes, they were married in Jefferson County, but Quakers did not
always follow thru and record at the local Clerk of Court office so you will never find it on our website.

Also if you go to our cemetery records, go alpha- betical to Pleasant Plain Friends Cemetery and
there you will find Adam's father Mordecai who
died here in l848, and his wife died later in
Polk County, Iowa.

If no one else writes to you, please email me
as there are about l5 family sheets in our big
collection which had been sent to me when I
was the corresponding secr. for our genie society

I did not jot down names of two researchers names on those pages, but I could do it next time I am
in town (we are 9 miles out in country)
