Hi again Verda,
My father (Howard Ronald Leedham b.17Feb1917/d30Apr1985)was born in Fairfield so I thought maybe there was a larger connection to Jefferson Co. between the two families. I had to start somewhere and though that since the Linstrom and Leedham families where linked by then in Farifield maybe I could hit something and trace back from there. I think the Leedham's are from the Mt. Pleasant area and I know of some Leedhams that were in New London as well. Henry and Washington Co's are next on my list. Linstrom is the closest part of my family of which I know practically nothing. I am at a loss as to how to find anything about my grandmother Anna C. Linstrom. Are adoption records from that era open to the public? That was the rumor that she was adopted.
