Golden Wedding.
Mr. and Mrs. O. D. Millett of South Cresco, in a very quiet way, celebrated their golden wedding on Nov. 19th. Owing to the poor health of Mr. Millett, there was no formal gathering but a number of neighbors and friends came in to wish the happy couple well. They were married near Janesville, Wis., on Nov. 19, 1868 and after six years residence there, they came to Iowa purchasing a farm near Lawler. Twenty years ago they moved to Cresco which has ever since been their home. Their friends with{sic} them many more years of happy wedded life.
