Mrs. Alpha Seamans has instituted suit in the district court for a divorce from her husband George Seamans, a well-known jockey. Mrs. Seamans is a daughter of Mr. Heinbaugh of the east part of town and is well known in town. The couple were married in 1887 and lived together until 1899, when without cause or reason, Seamans deserted his wife and has not lived with her since. She wants a divorce and the custody of her eleven-year-old girl.
