CHANGE IN LOCATIONS.
(From Saturday’s Daily.)Several moves among the business houses will occur in a short time.
Miss Jessie McDonald will remove her millinery shop from her present location on the west side of the square into the rooms on North Jefferson St. now occupied by Nixon Brothers, photographers, and Campbell & Vogelgesang, music dealers. Nixon Brothers’ plans for a future location are not yet determined upon, and Campbell & Vogelgesang are similarly situated. They have about a month, however, in which to move.
Miss McDonald’s location will be occupied by Swanson & Son, shoe dealers, who will move from the southwest corner of the square, where they have been located, and where their predecessors, Hurley Brothers, were located for a number of years. No arrangements have been made to lease the Swanson location to other parties as yet.
D.J. Dodds, who bought the Follansbee stock, and runs the Fair Variety Store on the south side, expects to move from that location in the near future, and will move into the N.B. Andrews building on North Main St. Mr. Andrews has been using the building for some time, where he kept a small bookstore. What Mr. Andrews will do with his bookstore is not definitely determined, and no one has leased the Hill building yet, out of which Mr. Dodds will soon move.
