MICAEL OLSON

Michael Olson, whose body was laid at rest in the Bethel church cemetery at Story City Thursday afternoon of last week, was for nearly a third of a century one of the esteemed and most highly respected citizens of southern Hamilton county. He resided since thirty-two years ago on a farm near Rosendale, and two years ago moved to Story City. At the time of his death he was 76 years of age.

Mr. Olson had suffered all winter from la grippe which finally developed into pneumonia, causing his death Tuesday of last week after about ten days serious sickness. The funeral services were held at one o'clock Thursday, conducted by Rev. Eastvold of Jewell.

Mr. Olson is survived by his wife, two daughters and two sons, Mrs. G. S. Olson, Mrs. Oscar Olson, Ole Olson and Halvor Olson, all living near Rosendale. Hosts of friends and neighbors who have known and esteemed him for years unite in extending sincere sympathy to the bereaved family.
