OBITUARY.--Mary E. Struble, who died at her home in Sioux City on Aug. 24, 1895, and whose earthly remains were laid to rest in Evergreen Cemetery, Jewell, Iowa, on Aug. 27, was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Glaman*, of this city. She was born in Jo Daviess county, Ills., Sept. 27, 1852, and was the beloved wife of John Struble, of Sioux City. Two sons and one daughter are left to mourn with a wide circle of friends the untimely death of a loving mother and a truly noble woman. The sincere sympathy of all will go out o the bereaved husband, the motherless children and sorrowing relatives in their hour of sore affliction.

*SUBMITTER'S NOTE: Mary E. Struble was the daughter of David McAllister/McCallister and Eliza McWorthy. David and Eliza were married 4 April 1844 in Pike County, Illinois. Eliza remarried to Charles Eli Glaman on 16 December 1854 in Jo Daviess County, Illinois.
