Dawson-Rothrock Marriage

Tuesday afternoon Miss Ellen S. Rothrock and Mr. W.A. Dawson, both well known residents of this city, were married at the Franklin hotel in Des Moines. The Rev. F.W. Mutchler of the Christian church of that city read the wedding service.

Mr and Mrs. Dawson returned to Webster City Friday morning, and have taken the F.E. Brown residence, at the corner of Broadway and First streets, where they will make their home.

For a number of years the bride was a teacher in the schools of the city, and previously resided near Blairsburg. For some time past, however, she has made Webster City her home, living here with here sister, Mrs. Mary Lenhart. Mr. Dawson is a retired farmer, and has resided in this community practically all of his life. The sincere well wishes of friends will be extended to the couple.
