Betsey Short Hardman was not the mother of the children in the household of George Wilkerson Sr in the 1850 census.

I'm not sure if these children are related to GW in another way, perhaps they are a brother's children. Not likely that a man would name 2 sons George Washington Wilkerson Jr. Betsy was the mother of 2 of his children Margaret and Emma, which neither claimed rights to the farm in Fremont County but Hannah Jane did and claimed George was her father.
