James Wesley Hall, born 1848 in Carroll County, VA went to Fremont County, Iowa after the Civil War.

He wrote several letters to his brother, Stephen extolling the virtues of the "new land."

I'm trying to determine what happened to him. Has anyone seen his name in a census or marriage record? His parents were Lankford and Louisianna Hall.
