TRIEM, DIBBLE TIBBLE

I'm looking for ANY info on the parents of Ralph Triem. His birth certificate lists his mother as Jessie TIBBLE (but I think it should be DIBBLE) and his father as Clarence D. Treim (it's really Triem). I have not been able to find any marriage record or any family traditions as to the story behind Jessie & Clarence. Clarence is my husband's great-uncle & to our knowledge, he never told the family about Jessie & Ralph. I have checked all the records on Ancestry.com and there is only one Clarence Triem, so I'm very confident about the relation. Any help is greatly appreciated because this is a very big revelation to the family!! Thanks in advance.
