Bio for David Thompson

I am looking for any information on my gggrandfather, David Thompson. He moved his family from Pennsylvania to Dover, Fayette about 1854. I know of his children (13) but believe he had brothers as well. Names I have are John, Lewis, and William.
Hoping a bio or obit may list.
