Mary Alice

I believe my father's birth mother Mary Alice was born about 1921 to Ena Josephine Auten who is listed as the head of household on a 1920 Census Record of Swan Lake, Emmet, Iowa living with a teacher named Catherine Conners. Mary Alice is purported to have been born out of wedlock to Ena and supposedly got pregnant at age 15 with my father who was born in 1936. I don't know what last name Mary Alice was given at birth but she does show up on a 1925 census as Mary A. Auten with Ena and Ena's parents and then on the 1930 Census in Poweshiek County, Iowa as Mary A. Tish where Ena appears now married to Edward Tish. Please help.
