I was placed at St Marys Orphanage with 2 of my brothers, Leonard and Dennis, and 3 of my sisters, Alice, Linda, and Colleen in 1960-1961-1962 approximately. Our parents were both hospitalized at the time.
The girls had big sisters from Clark College and the boys big brothers from Loras. Father Rhomberg was the priest. I shared a room with a black girl from Chicago for a couple months. I was there when Cuban refugees arrived. If this sounds familiar, email me.
