Lost O'Brien tombstone

I have a tombstone in my basement. Well, part of a tombstone. It does not belong there or to anyone that I know. It is made of white marble, and has apparently been there for many decades, according to the previous owners.
I would love to return it to it's proper place, but have no idea where that is. So I am hoping that someone can help me get it back home. It says:
Name: J. (or I.) O'Brien
Died: 7 Oct 1882, age 65
making him born abt 1817)
