Perfectly Sane

Last August Robert Johnson made an unsuccessful attempt at Burlington to murder his wife, and escaped sentence on the grounds on insanity. The asylum authorities at Mount Pleasant have turned him over to the sheriff of Des Moines County, declaring him perfectly sane. He will be given another trial.
