The picture for Snider Cemetery on the Dallas County IAGenWeb site was taken where the coordinates took me. It's definitely on private land and no guarantee that what we're seeing in the photo are gravestones. My granddaughter and I literally drove up and down the lane (too small to be called a road) for an hour looking to see if there was anything remotely resembling a cemetery and this was the closest we came to.

We had to go into Boone County and come south to get to that area. So I searched for his name in the Boone County IAGenWeb with no results. There are Howlands coming up in both county records.
