I am in need of my fathers medical history, asap.
His name is Max Lee Farver.
Born December 3, 1947
Deceased April 2, 1978
He is buried in Redfield, Iowa which I believe is where he lived with his mother Maragert E. Smeltzer-Farver until she had deceased. As far as I know he was then raised by grandparents...fathers? mothers? I do not know.
He died of some kind of throat cancer and I really need to know what kind of cancer it was.
I've not had a really healthy life myself. I had open heart surgery for tumors behind my heart at the age of four and future removals in my lymph nodes from my chest up. I've also had cancer and had to have a full hysterectomy. Some moles removed too. I am now facing problems with my neck and thyroids. My doctor needs any medical history records we can get about my fathers health and his side of the families.
Don't get me wrong... I'm not just asking for health reasons even though that it is the most important thing I need right now. I really want to know about my father and his side of family. I've always felt lost without them in my life.
