MONONA: St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Monona was the setting, Jan. 25, for the wedding of Miss Roylene Ruby Hoth, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. LeRoy J. Hoth of Monona, and Keith Frederick Mohning, son of Mr. and Mrs. Foster Mohning of McGregor. The Rev. R. C. Schlueter officiated. Roger Mohning, McGregor, served his brother as best man, and Loren Mohning, Clayton, and Gary Hoth, Monona, brother of the bride, were groomsmen.
A reception for 350 guests was held in the church parlors, where Miss Ruby Staade, aunt of the bride, and Mrs. Frederick Daugs, both of Monona, were the hostesses.
The bride is a graduate of the Monona-Farmersburg Community high school and has attended Iowa State College. She is employed at the Fox Pharmacy in Monona. The groom is a graduate of the Garnavillo high school and has attended the Iowa State College. He is engaged in farming near Garnavillo.
The couple will be at home in Monona after Feb. 01.
