Dear Mr. Albers,
I have made annotations in the biography of Hon. F. Charles Severin twice, once in my original reply on 5/22/2004 and again today at the bottom of the original posting by the volunteer transcriber. A transcription, by definition, is an exact copy of an orginal record, errors and all. Researchers correct errors by annotation, not by changing the transcription of a record. To purposely change an original record would be wrong. I also added the spelling SCHULZ to the surname boxes for this entire thread, which is something I should have originally done. A surname search for Schulz will now find this biography & the subsequent replies.Thank-you,
