Funeral services for Mrs. Marlin (Wilma J.) Howe, 73, were held at First United Church of Christ Dec. 27 with the Rev. Jerrold Swinton officiating. Burial was in Rochester cemetery. Pallbearers were Michael, Robert and Scott Howe, Tracy and Todd Goldsmith, Joe Cellucci and Gary Richards. Sylvia Gould was organist.

Mrs. Howe died at her home Dec. 22.

The daughter of Robert A. and Jessie Spence Will, she was born at Tipton Aug. 3, 1915 and graduated from Tipton high school in 1933. She was married to Marlin B. (Patches) Howe at Kahoka, Mo. Aug. 25, 1940. A lifetime Tipton resident, she was a member of First United Methodist church.

She is survived by her husband, 2 daughters, Mrs. Gary (Martha Ellen) Richards, Oskaloosa and Sara Jean Howe, Tipton; 3 sons, Michael M., Tipton; Robert B., Ft. Dodge and Scott E., Cedar Rapids; 7 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Mrs. Clarence (Mary Ellen) Howe, El Cajon, Calif.; and Mrs. Max (Patricia) Crispin, Borrego Springs, Calif. and 6 brothers, Robert and Frank Will, Santee, Calif.; Wilbur Will, La Mesa, Calif.; Ronald Will, San Diego, Calif.; Eldon Will, Hermitage, Tenn. and Earl Will, Keokuk. She was preceded in death by her parents and 2 brothers.
