Jessie May, married name unknown

I am looking for my great aunt Jessie. Her maiden last name was May and she was born in Feb 1884 in Missouri. She grew up in Missouri and Des Moines. A family story places her in Coon Rapids about 1928-29, when my grandfather Charles May & his wife briefly joined Jessie and her husband in running a cafe. Unfortunately I have no information on her married name, her husband's name, whether they had kids, or anything else. I have extensive info on her parents and all her siblings, but she is a complete blank. I have exhausted all searchable online sources to no avail, and I live in Las Vegas so I can't search the records in Iowa in person. She appears in the 1900 census (16, living at home in Des Moines) and nowhere else.
