Sister M. Eleanora (Juliana Brandt)

I have an obituary from Monroe, Michigan for a Sister M. Eleanora (aka Juliana Brandt) d. April 1895, age 50. It says she became a sister at the convent in Carroll, Ia. Her name and age match a person on my family tree so I am trying to find any more information to determine if this is the same person. Any information such as the convent name at that time or newspaper that may have carried a local obituary would be greatly appreciated. The local obituary says she was highly esteemed as about 1000 people attended her funeral.
