I have a book from the Willey area that lists your Aunt Marie as the daughter of John and Theresa Klingsies Liewer. It states:
John Liewer was born October 28, 1874. At the age of five, he came from Germany with his parents, John and Anna Maria (Wagner) Liewer. He married Theresa Klingsies, who was born Nov. 1, 1881, a daughter of Joseph and Mary (Meier) Klingsies. They farmed southwest of Willey. After John passed away March 21, 1932, Theresa continued to live on the farm with two of her sons. John and Tony. She entered the nursing home in 1970, where she died on Januaury 31, 1975, at the age of ninety-three. Their family includes: Norma(Mrs. Rudolph Anthofer), Frank, Tony, Dorothy(Mrs. Alois Irlbeck), Marie(Mrs. Julius Venteicher), Arnold, Laura(Mrs. Al Habiger), Anna(Mrs. Charles Weitl), John, Norbert, and Leona(Mrs. Clem Tigges).
Also listed is: John Liewer, who was born in Germany in 1837, married Anna Maria Wagner, who was also born in Germany in 1843. They came to The United States with their family and farmed north of Willey about three years. Then they moved into Pleasant Valley township and farmed until retiring into Willey until Anna Maria passed away August 27, 1918. Then John and his daughter, Margaret, moved into Carroll, where he died March 11, 1921. their family includes John Jr., Elisabeth(Mrs Frand Schreck), Katherine, and Margaret.
