The sad intelligence of the sudden death of Mrs. H. W. Figert, of Sheridan township, Carroll county, Tuesday morning was received by her relatives in this place. It appears she had been in usual good health and had gone to the well for a pail of water, when she was suddenly stricken. Deceased was a sister of Mrs. S. A. Toop of this place and has been a frequent visitor in her home in years past. She leaves a husband, son and daughter to mourn her departure. A very pathetic feature of her departure is that the husband is a hopeless paralytic and the daughter a cripple and they will be deprived of her care. The son, Fred, well known to the most of our people, is principal of schools in Minburn. Great sympathy is felt for the bereaved family.
