Linda M. Gordish-VanCleave, 63, died Monday, Aug. 27, 2007, at the Hospice Room in Buchanan County Health Care Center from complications of cancer.

Survivors include a daughter, Brenda VanCleave of Waterloo; two sons, James and Richard VanCleave, both of Independence; and four brothers and four sisters, Robert Gordish of Red Wing, Minn., Sylvia Brimmer of Toddville, Mary Knudson and Morris King, both of Quasqueton, Delbert King of Walker, Crystal Gross of Gilbertville, Leslie King of Independence and Valerie Tysinger of Evansdale.

Services: 11 a.m. Thursday at Fawcett Funeral Home in Winthrop, by the Rev. Mike Campbell. Burial: Fontana Cemetery, Hazleton. Visitation: 9 to 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
