Probate Notice. STATE OF IOWA, Buchanan County. SS.
In the County Court of said County.
To the heirs, legatees, and all persons interested in the estate of Harvey Judd, deceased: You are hereby notified that, on Monday, October 7th, 1867, the last will and testament of the said Harvey Judd, deceased, was opened and in open Court publicly read, and the time for proving the same was by the Court fixed, to be on the 23d day of November, 1867, at 10 o'clock A. M., at which time you can appear and show cause, if any you have, why the said will should not be admitted to probate and of record.
Witness my hand and official seal, this 7th day of October, 1867.
