Plan Wedding as SurpriseBoone, Oct. 14 - Miss Belle Swiggert, a popular society girl, charming, vivacious and immensely wealthy, left the city this morning for Marshalltown to join Donald Wells, of Oelwein. They are to be married in Marshalltown this afternoon, then go to their new home in Oelwein. Wells is a prominent young man of Boone, and his parents reside here. He is now storekeeper for the Great Western in Oelwein. The wedding was intended to be kept as a surprise for Boone people.
