Jessie Lee Phelps and his wife Eliza Meda Dooley Phelps are buried in Row 2 in the Jerome Cemetery. Next to them are buried the following persons: Charles Dooley (10 Dec 1835-17 Dec 1906) and Samantha Dooley (18 May 1843-18 Jan 1915); Albert Phelps (1901-1906) and Robert Phelps (1916-1917); and Charles H Dooley (1897-1912), Maxine B. Dooley (1922-1924) and Buelah E. Dooley (1913-1914).
Jessie Lee Phelps (11 Mar 1876-23 May 1956) was the son of Horace Sumner Phelps and Lydia C. Huffman and husband of Eliza Meda Dooley.
Eliza Meda Dooley (22 Apr 1880-6 May 1975) was the daughter of Jonathan Charles Dooley and Samantha Walker who are buried next to them.
