Paul, Phineas Porter 1809-1887 had a son Charles E. Porter 1856-1928 both buried Porter Cem. Appanoose IA. I have a lot of info on this Porter line and also Otho/Silas, Jacob, and David R. Porter lines. We living descendants of Otho and David R. think all these Porter lines were related. Will gladly share my info.
