Not sure if there is any connectiion but my gr gr gr grandfather was Thomas R Thomas from Cambria County PA. I know that he moved to Johnson Cty Iowa in the late 1850's early 60's. He was born in 1819 in Wales and then came to Cambria County with his parents some time in the early 1820's. He married Margaret Evans and had a large family of 9 children. Not all the children came to Iowa as they had their own familys here in PA. Have more info on this line of Thomas clan
