Looking for Relative

I am looking to find my Mother's half brother. He was born 1919/1920. His father was Lambert L. Garner of the famous Jockey Family and his Mother was Iva McDonald. In the 1930 census he is living with his grandparents Henry and Iva McDonald in Bellair twp. His name is Dickey and he is age 10. I would love to find him if he is still alive. My Mother is 71 and is not in good health. Please contact me at 804-796-3224.
