Allamakee County Civil War Vet Documents

I have a photocopy of the discharge order for John Upstrom, Sergeant, Co.B, 12th Iowa Veteran Volunteer Infantry, and an original marriage license (slightly damaged but readable and embossed) for Upstrom and Emily Peterson, dated 29 Oct 1866, in Allamakee Co. Upstrom died in Denver in 1908 and is buried in Fairmount Cemetery. I would like to donate these documents.
