Teacher Nora (Gallagher) Hector, where did she teach?

Any ideas on how to find the year(s) that my grandmother Nora (Gallagher) Hector taught would be greatly appreciated. She was the daughter of Thomas Gallagher and Margaret Bresnahan Gallagher and was born in 1884 and stopped teaching when she married in 1905.
The face on the teacher in this photo is quite thin and I don’t believe it is hers. My mother told me that Nora said this was the class that she taught in the Hanover area. She would have been teaching sometime between 1900 and 1905
She may have meant that this was a class she was in, or this was the school she taught in but not her - I don’t know but would love to see if anyone can help me identify the year, the teacher, or the location of the school. We think it is a Waukon school … but no one really knows.
